By visiting Kimbars.com or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Use of the Site

By accessing our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree not to misuse the site, engage in fraudulent activity, or interfere with its normal operation.

2. Products and Ingredients

Kimbar™ grab-n-go energy bars are made from real, minimally processed ingredients and are free from artificial preservatives and fillers. Full ingredient and allergen information appears on each product label and on our website.

Our bars contain Almonds and Cashews. Our bars are manufactured in a facility that processes nuts, soy, eggs, wheat, milk, and peanuts and may contain pit or shell fragments. Customers with allergies or sensitivities should read all labels carefully before consuming.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders may be placed online through Kimbars.com using the payment methods offered at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 3–7 business days and shipped via standard ground service unless otherwise noted.

Once a package leaves our facility, delivery times and conditions are the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect address information.

Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

5. Refund and Replacement Policy

Because our snack bars are considered a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns once they have shipped.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in quality, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at  support@kimbars.com and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the affected item(s) and packaging

After review, we may offer one of the following remedies, at our discretion:

• A replacement shipment of the same product
• A store credit for future purchase
• A partial or full refund if the issue cannot be resolved through replacement

We cannot issue refunds for:

• Orders reported more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery
• Packages delayed or damaged by the shipping carrier
• Items opened, consumed, or improperly stored after delivery

Non-food or merchandise items (such as apparel or accessories) may be returned unopened within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping costs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Kimbars.com —including text, graphics, photos, and packaging design—is the property of Real Food for the Journey, LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. No materials may be reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Health Disclaimer

Statements made on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Kimbar™ products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual nutrition and health needs vary—please consult your healthcare provider before making dietary changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kimbar™ and Real Food for the Journey, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pottawattamie County, Iowa.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
